Local Delivery In The GTA

At The Pet Source we are pleased to announce Local Delivery in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) on eligible orders. Please refer to the below rules regarding the Local Delivery. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns:

  • Please note that this service is offered as a courtesy to our customers and this is in no way a guaranteed service. If items are needed urgently, please make sure to let us know before placing the order.
  • Free on orders over $59 before HST.
  • Perishable goods such as Live Foods, Refrigerated Foods and Frozen Foods cannot be shipped with Local Delivery at this time.
  • Shipping address must be within the coverage area detailed below.
  • Local Delivery is only offered between Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
  • On qualifying items only.
  • Item must be in stock and not backordered or special order.
  • All items in the cart must be eligible and coverage area requirements must be met.
  • Shipmates may be delayed to reasons outside of our control, these can include but are not limited to:
    • road closure, building closure, Act of God, natural disaster, the Queen’s or public enemies, riots, strikes
    • A recipient is not able to receive the parcel when a signature is required
